ALL: Sometimes I get into poetic moods, and honestly, I think this is
the last one I wrote. I wrote it shortly after was born. This is the first
time I have shared it with anyone {other than my husband}
THE TOUCH OF A CHILD There is nothing more precious than the touch of a child. A child can touch us in many different ways that only a child can. The smile of a baby, so big and so meaningful and full of joy and laughter, brings a smile to us and a warmth in our hearts. Seeing a little boy fallen asleep on his father's lap, showing a sign of comfort and knowing how much a young boy adores his father. A small girl brings her mother a flower and kisses her on the cheek with such sincerity and love. There is nothing more precious than the touch of a child, and the unconditional love they give us is the greatest love of all. |
