Conference Registration Fee
Early Registration -(before 5/14/07 after this date fees
will be doubled - does not include your hotel room)
$40.00
per family. This fee is for 2 adults and up to 3 children. $15 each
additional child. Additional adults (grandparents, aunts, uncles,
etc.) must register separately.
$35.00 -Professional/Medical Student
Each registered
attendee will receive conference materials, childcare (if necessary),
refreshments, lunch on the Friday and Saturday of the conference,
and a souvenir t-shirt!
