Conference
Registration Fee
Early Registration -(before 5/14/07 after this date fees
will be doubled - does not include your hotel room)
$40.00
per family. This fee is for 2 adults and up to 3 children. $15 each
additional child. Additional adults (grandparents, aunts, uncles,
etc.) must register separately.
$35.00 -Professional/Medical Student
Each registered attendee will receive conference materials, childcare
(if necessary), refreshments, lunch on the Friday and Saturday of
the conference, and a souvenir t-shirt!
Daycare
Daycare is provided for your child(ren) at no additional cost to
you. Children will be grouped according to age and abilities. If
your child requires a one-to-one aid, please let us know. See registration
form for additional information.
Registration
Deadline/Refund Policy
Registration fees and forms are due no later than May 14, 2007.
Registration fees double on May 15th. Request for refund must be
made prior to May 15th. Refunds will not be made after May 16th.
Payment Methods
Checks and money orders are accepted. Checks should be made payable
to "FOCUS Families".
Hotel Room
Rates & Reservations
To book your room, please contact Hotel directly at 952-884-8211
and mention the FOCUS FamiliesConference. Room rates offered are
$69.00(king) and $69.00 (2 doubles) a night. Please make sure
you request a room with a refrigerator, if your child's medication
needs refrigeration. A block of rooms at the discounted rate
has been held for FOCUS Families. The cut-off for booking rooms
is May 14th. All rooms were booked for the previous conference,
so we recommend booking early. Cribs, refrigerator and roll-a-ways
are available, but not guaranteed. Please specify any of these needs
when reserving your room.
Airline Transportation
The
airport located near the hotel is Minneapolis/Saint Paul International
(MSP) Airport.
Hotel Transportation
Free shuttle services is included.
