What is the SOD/ONH Conference?
It is an opportunity
to:
v Meet and talk
with other families, children and adults with SOD/ONH
v Attend presentations by some of the foremost UK experts in SOD
v Attend an affordable seminar held in a supportive, friendly and comfortable
environment
Conference Cost
The cost
of the conference on Saturday 26 July is £10 per head to parents
and £30 per head for professionals. This cost includes a buffet
lunch and refreshments during the day.
Childcare
There will
be childcare provided throughout the day on Saturday 26 July, on site
at the conference venue. This will be staffed by volunteers. A sandwich
lunch will be provided for the children. However, we will only be able
to provide 2 places per family for children up to age 11. In order for
us to organise the number of staff needed would you please complete the
childcare reply slip and return it by 30 June at the very latest.
If you are unable to confirm your booking for childcare prior to the deadlines
above, you are still welcome to attend the conference, however you will
be responsible for arranging your own childcare.
